Distracted Driving

When you think about it, most everyone has driven distracted. Being distracted is defined as "having attention diverted" and "rendered incapable of reacting." Things that don't seem distracting truly are - like your mental state when driving. If you're upset or sad when you hit the road your judgment may already be impaired. You are more likely to drive aggressively or exhibit "road rage" if you are angry, even over something that may not have anything to do with driving. Singing along with the radio or eating that greasy burger can be distracting. Staying focused is the goal.
