Road Trip

If there is one constant in our world, it is change. If you don't, or are unwilling, to adapt to what's going on around you, you are likely to make choices without enough information and can expect to see different outcomes than you want. Having a plan, whether short or long term, can help you get to where you want to go.

When you take a trip, it's important to have a map, compass, a tank full of gas, and good copilots. If you surround yourself with people that respect you, your decisions, and make healthy choices themselves, you won't be tempted to take a dangerous detour.

With a map, you can anticipate what you'll experience along the way, the people you'll meet and the places you can visit. The compass is inside of you; it tells you when a direction you are taking feels wrong. Listen to that feeling.

Having a full tank of gas means you can get where you want to go, and you're always ready. A healthy mind and body are your fuel. Just remember to stop once in awhile. Stopping allows you to rest up, check your map, make sure you are on the right road, and discard the things that are cluttering your journey.
